Craft Night

Hey everyone! Craft night is going to be a monthly thing. Come join us on the second Thursday of every month--we'll be there starting at 7pm. The next gathering will be next Thursday, February 12 at Wild Goose Creative. Bring along something to make, something to drink, and/or something to eat and share.

In December we had all kinds--knitters, painters, crocheters, weavers, and also craft holdouts who found craft night to be a pleasant excuse to TALK to people! Whatever your motivation, you are welcome to join in.

Wild Goose Creative on TV!

Tune into Daytime Columbus today at 11:00am, on NBC4i, to watch co-founder Ryan Hoke discuss Wild Goose Creative's involvement with the Story Box Project!

Spearheaded by Kevin Cordi, OSU StoryTeller Artist-in-Residence, the StoryBox project has been in existence since 1995 and has involved roughly a million people since that time.

As a part of the project, Wild Goose Creative has designed it's own StoryBox and will be collecting stories of all shapes and sizes over the next few months. The stories can take any form: written, visual (a small painting or photograph), MP3 files, and can be about anything! Once we've collected your stories, our StoryBox will travel to different communities all over the world! To celebrate this project we'll also be crafting several events over the next few months to give anyone interested a chance to share their story.

Keep an eye out for details and if you can make sure to check out Ryan's spot on today's show!
